The media could not be loaded. We are very happy with this freestanding tub and their customer service. We remodeled our master bathroom with brushed gold fixtures, but it was impossible to find a nice looking tub with the same brushed gold fixtures built into the tub, so when this tub came on the market, it was perfect for us! We have been using it for several months now, and so far it works great. I had a few questions during and after the installation and their customer service folks took great care of us. Installation was easy and we were up and running quickly. This tub looks great and has lots of useful built-in features, so I would consider it a good value for the money.

After recently installing this tub I discover the bubbler feature does not work. The motor runs but does nothing. Everything else works perfectly. All possible remedies require unhooking the tub from the drain, uncalking it from the floor and inspecting the motor, which requires a plumber. I've all ready paid a plumber $150 and an electrical $800 to get it installed. I guess I'm out of luck. I bought a tub from the same company5 years ago for a different property and the power would not come on. It has a suction switch. I found a work around by plug ging it into a smart plug and now I ask Alexa to turn it on. It works but not ideal. I cannot recommend their products after 2 trys and been dissatisfied.

Beautiful free standing tub and antique faucet. Looks beautiful in my new master bathroom. Be sure to get the correct drop in drain for your pipes and dry run the location of drain etc. Delivery company wasnt the best to deal with as they messed up my delivery time and cost me additional. They claim its curbside delivery, its not.
