Exceeded Expectations! High Quality, Stunning Design
Color: Chrome Drain
Review Image by Sham P.
The tub was packaged so well that unpacking it without damage was a breeze. Visually and structurally, this tub exceeds every expectation. The brushed nickel hardware is gorgeous and compliments the tub beautifully. More importantly, the hidden fixtures underneath are high-quality and built to last—the craftsmanship definitely matches the price point. Even my contractor was astounded by the overall build quality! ... show more

I love this tub! It’s beautiful and I love all its features. Taking one star off because after installation I did notice the drain seal was leaking slightly but I reached out to Woodbridge and they’re sending a replacement drain and gasket. Have been using it for about a month now and I love it.

I was unsure about the electrical wiring, so I called Woodbridge a few times. Their lines were busy. I had to leave a voicemail. They called me back later that day! It was nice to see a brand on Amazon actually has a USA support team. I have used the BJ400 for a few weeks now. It was an enjoyable and relaxing experience. My wife said the jet and bubble were a little strong initially. She ended up liking them. The pressure of our old whirlpool tub was too weak. Tip: The rep told me I could extend the warranty by one year for free. All I needed to do was to scan the QR code on the box. Obviously, I didn’t pay attention when I opened the box. He guided me to sign up on their website. It only applies for their whirlpool tubs and bidets, though. ... show more

Great tub when it works, disappointed!
Color: Chrome Drain
After recently installing this tub I discover the bubbler feature does not work. The motor runs but does nothing. Everything else works perfectly. All possible remedies require unhooking the tub from the drain, uncalking it from the floor and inspecting the motor, which requires a plumber. I've all ready paid a plumber $150 and an electrical $800 to get it installed. I guess I'm out of luck. I bought a tub from the same company5 years ago for a different property and the power would not come on. It has a suction switch. I found a work around by plug ging it into a smart plug and now I ask Alexa to turn it on. It works but not ideal. I cannot recommend their products after 2 trys and been dissatisfied. ... show more
