110V motors but requires 30 amp dedicated wiring. Most U.S. bathrooms don't have this. You will spend quite a bit of money to run a new line and breaker, maybe another $1,000

This tub is fantastic and it does everything you would expect. The Jets are more powerful than you would think on the 120v model. But the main thing I want to review here is the company. If you are concerned about buying something big like this on the Internet and not having a physical store to go to, relax, this company will stick with you until you’re up a running! I bought mine more than a year before I got around to installing it. I wanted to have it physically present so that I could customize the space. The final step in the whole 18 month bathroom remodel project was to flip on the circuit breaker for the tub. When we tried to turn it on -nothing, no lights, no beeps, nothing to indicate it even had power -dead. My heart sunk! Now I have a “brand new”, expensive, but out of warranty bathtub that I purchased online. I have no idea how to fix something like this. The best I could do is make sure it was getting electricity…which it was. I emailed Woodbridge tech support who responded in less than a day with some tips on things to test. As I was doing this, I found two wires in the control box were not attached. I’m not gonna speculate on how that happened. I could see two open pins, but I wasn’t sure which wire went to which. So I sent pictures to Woodbridge and within 20 minutes they responded with instructions on exactly how to hook them back up. I also just want to say that while I was working on it, they called to check up on me and see how it was going. Who does that!? This issue was probably not your typical homeowners troubleshooting problem, but with the help of Woodbridge technical support, It took less than two hours from the time I started working on it until I had it up and running. ... show more
