Our previous water softener quit working so we replaced it with this unit. The installation was easy and instructions that came with were very easy to follow. It is also easy to program the softener. It is nice to have soft water again! The RO system is also easy to set up. The water is a little cloudy, even after running the tank empty multiple times. I installed this filtering system today. I was a little skeptical and hesitant. I purchased the necessary pvc elbows, and pipe in advance. The direction from the Manuel provided was spot on. Installed without a hitch on a well pump. Thanks

I haven't had the RO system installed yet, but the soft water system works great. I had it installed by a professional plumber and everything works great. The only issue was setting the timer and clock and come to find out the settings are factory set except the clock.
