The media could not be loaded. This backpack is my first choice when traveling! Used it twice now as my personal items on a plane and fits perfectly under the plane seat. I even took it as my only bag for a 4 day surprise trip to Miami with my husband. Plenty of pockets to stay organized. Extremely durable and water resistant. The media could not be loaded. Perfect for a carryon bag or a weekend getaway. I love all the little zip compartments inside and out. It has a separate compartment for shoes and a laptop. And tons of little compartments inside. Fits under the seat on airplanes. Has a charger but I haven’t used it yet. My only complaint is that the water bottle holder is small so I’m limited to the size of water bottle I carry but honestly I’m ok with. ... show more

I bought this for my 10 year old for school. The shoe compartment was the selling point. (Note: It is an adult size backpack despite my review for a child.) The backpack was shipped folded in half. This disappointed my daughter because it did not have a nice clean look. She has used it for several months and the fold never really went away. The quality is great. The backpack has held up to my daughter shoving an ungodly amount of stuff in it... lol. For example: toys, clothes, slime, jewelry, report cards, rocks... oh and books... heavy books... as well as her gym shoes, which is separate so as not to stink up her stuff. 😆 It has a vinyl feel and is easy to keep clean/wipe. It has lots of compartments for all her goodies. It has a front strap making it hands-free. This is especially nice for an active child like mine. Overall, it's a great backpack I just wished it had not been folded. This is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. If you're considering buying, I recommend it. ... show more

    • Too padded & strong plastic smell!

I returned another similarly-sized backpack due to the lack of padding for my laptop but it is ironic that this backpack has too much padding! It weighs 3.5 lb & already feels bulky without anything inside! It also has a strong plasticky smell that caused my headache. The shoulder straps are minimally padded and too wide. They will likely cause some chafing around my shoulders. If you can overcome these issues, when expanded, this backpack maximizes the personal item size dimensions to hold several days of clothes, toiletries and a 14” laptop. The 4 side buckles compress down the overall bag thickness to less than 8” to fit the 18x14x8 personal item size limit for most airlines. Note,once fully packed, it is difficult to fit anything into the exterior pockrts as there is no gusset and the fabric is stretched taut so inserting even an iPhone is challenging. Same with the taut luggage strap with a fully packed bag, making it challenging to attach to the luggage trolley. ... show more
