I have this for my children and their cousins. They’re all under 2 years and love their ballpit. I’d say only two small children can fit in here comfortably. Also, the material is soft but it holds very well when they lean into the edges. It does tilt, but supports their weight. You’ll need about 400 balls to fill this most of the way up. I’d say 300 will get you halfway. 500 might have some spillover, good if you want some extra for playpens or etc. Removable cover for washing. Overall, a good buy but kind of pricey.

After letting it completely take shape it has been perfect for my one year old. He can climb in and out of it (mind you he is 100th percentile for height) and doesnt fall out. He is supported and absolutely loves it. I will say he loves nothing more than throwing the ball pit balls all over my house, but c'est la vie, you only get to be a baby once.

The media could not be loaded. Not as pictured. It’s IMPOSSIBLE to put this thing together straight. I’ve taken the material off a handful of times to wash it and every single time it takes me a half hour PLUS to put it back together. For sanitary reasons I hardly ever let my child play in it because if it’s not clean it takes me a least a month to mentally prepare myself to put it back together. Today,(almost) a year after purchase the zipper broke that holds the two pieces together. You can see the marks on my fingers from trying to put it back on. My son was virtually never able to play with this thing and between this and the balls we spent almost $200 on it!!! I literally have to throw it in the trash now because it’s unusable due to the zipper. I almost never leave reviews but I’m so mad. Biggest waste of money ever! One star because my son absolutely loved playing in it when it was in commission.

We love the soft fabric. Sides are soft and bendable for one year old to climb in and out. Sides hold shape well!! Bought for granddaughter and didn’t want home to be drenched in Pink. So we went with apricot. We also added several didn’t colors of the balls. All non toxic!

My 8 month old was MESMERIZED with the ball pit when he woke up from his nap one afternoon. He sat in there and shuffled the balls with his hands for good 10 minutes until he was content and then begin to explore the entire ball pit. This is when I realized that other reviewers were right - the wall isn't ridged and may not be suitable for babies who doesn't yet have full control of their movements/bodies. He likes to climb in and out of the ball pit. He can sit and stand well on firm grounds but on uneven flooring (like this ball pit), he reaches his arm out to a stationary object to gain stability and this wall just collapses without a second of support. I am there, of course, but about twenty ins and out trips from the ball pit, I am wishing that I had purchased one with studier wall (they are a lot more expensive, from what I've seen). I think I will like it more once he gets older :D but only time will tell. For your reference, I have 400 balls in the ball pit (see picture) I made the mistake of only buying 200 and then had to buy 200 more later. I had hopes for this ball pit. I bought this for my 11 month old grandson and he loves it! But, I’ve only had it for about 2 weeks and look at the shape it has taken. I only have him about 2-3 days a week for about 2-3 hrs. I tried to upload a video with more detail but it didn’t work. Gave it 3 stars because my grandson actually loves it.
