Zero impact, full range of motion, variable resistance, sturdy. I only used it once so far (today) but I definitely feel it in my legs (I did standing leg work, not on the floor ab work). My goal is to improve leg strength and core for balance and walking. It would be a challenge for me to get down on the floor, but I imagine I could stand next to the bed or a table for a similar effect. The wheels may not work well on a bed since this seems better on an un-carpeted floor. A half-star deduction: There are likely 100 different exercises a creative personal trainer could come up with for this. Unfortunately, I am not one. The manual only has 8 exercises. The outside of the box has more than the manual! The app supposedly has 30 or so exercises, but why should I have to install an app for that AND need to give you my cell phone number AND other personal information just to use that app??? NOPE. Create a better manual or a separate exercise sheet or exercise videos please. ... show more
