Received my order yesterday. Was not really hard to put on, and I wore it for an hour as suggested. To my surprise, it actually snatched like it said it would. It’s also not as bulky as it feels. Had a thin tshirt on and it wasn’t very noticeable underneath. Provides great support for your back. Today, I wore it for 8hrs. Initially it wasn’t uncomfortable, but it was definitely tight. Felt a little restricted. I couldn’t see myself working out in this, but maybe after a week or so I could. I was a little sore when I took it off. Will probably put on over my tank top tomorrow. It's thick but breathable, wear a shirt under so your skin doesn't irritate from the velcro, walk the treadmill at 3 speed for 47 mins and you'll be soaked in sweat for that extra snatched waist you want. Soooo I ordered, bought it and tried it. I ordered a medium which is the size I usually get in my waist trainers. I should've sized down to a small. I'm 5'3" 190lbs give or take. I'm a 10/12 in jeans. Shirts med/large for reference. I just didn't feel like it had enough compression for me. It slightly flipped down at the top under the breast area and I didn't like the way it dug into the top of my butt and made it look deformed. So I am returning it. However, some advice...size down if you are familiar with waist training. If not, get what the chart tells you to.
