I am the biggest skeptic there is of buying shoes online. My feet don't always wear the same size and you really can't know if a shoe is right for you until you try it on. This 'try before you buy" option made it easy and stress-free. I even got it right on the first try! They fit me like a glove and are very comfortable. I like to hike as there are trails near my home but regular sneakers don't cut it. These grip on rugged ground, loose rocks and up/downhill grades very well. They secure my ankles, too, which is vital protection against sprains. I have hiked in them a half a dozen times already and I couldn't be more pleased. They look like an athletic shoe but the base is designed for rugged terrain. I love the color I chose, too, and it is exactly as pictured. Finally a wide boot for women! Replaceable insole allows personalized orthotics. Shoe is comfortable, solid and supports all parts of foot. Shoelaces are not too short! Soles allow walking in all kinds of conditions ; good waterproofing.

I sized up for heavier socks. Very comfortable now the soles are a tad hard which will take time to wear in. For the price they are worth it. Toe box is more rounded for people have longer third toe. I like the shoes for hiking and long walks.

Cute boot, good quality, and probably comfy for a narrow foot. But I ordered a wide in this and it fit more narrow than the average show in a normal/non-wide option. So if you have wide feet or need space in the toe box, skip it.

Wonderfully comfortable! These high-tops are great ankle support! I'm having problems with feet and ankles swelling and these are giving me the help I needed. I ordered one size larger and ordered 'wide'. They fit perfectly! I hope it might work for you!
