I bought this because I couldn’t justify spending the money on the Halara one. It’s my first “sport dress,” and I’m full figured, so I am pleasantly surprised that I mostly like it. Pros: true to size (see chart), comfortable, easy to put on, it’s a complete outfit, I think it’s cute, and it mostly stayed put when I walked my dog in our neighborhood. Cons: I didn’t realize it doesn’t have the split between top & bottom, so I was scared when stepping in from the top. It wasn’t a problem, but it does mean bathroom trips would make you fully naked. I have a BIG bottom and big breasts, so there’s a bit of tug of war between the top & bottom. Not too bad, but noticeable. The biggest con is the shorts ride up; I was surprised I didn’t get chub rub, but that might be due to cooler/less humid weather. Overall I would buy again. I’ll update if anything crazy happens after washing. Weight: 194 Height: 5’4” Measurements: 43-37-46

The color was very pretty, but the sizing was horrible. It fit great in the hips/waist. Unfortunately the chest area was a nightmare. The padding in there actually pushes you down and give the uni-boob look. Not a huge fan. Maybe if you have rather large chest it may look better.

I found this dress featured on The Today’s Shows great finds. I purchased 2 not feeling comfortable with choosing the correct size. Returning one was so easy by dropping off at Whole Foods. The problem with this dress is where the straps are connected to the body of the dress in front. Both sides were coming disconnected. As a seamstress I figured I could just fix the issue. I’m sure glad I saw the problem before I wore it!! In order to make it look good I would have had to deconstruct the entire front. Certainly not worth my energy given the price. I just reinforced both straps with my sewing machine. The fabric though could be tricky for someone not experienced with stretch fabrics!! Given this garnet is called a ‘Tennis Dress,’ I’d beware the straps would NOT hold up to a rigorous workout. I’d purchased a similar dress at Athleta previously for considerably more $$ but it’s definitely made better. I’ll wear the dress, and enjoy it as I like the fabric.
