Material is semi-soft. So far, the quality appears to be good. Color slightly different than the advertised photo. Just a bit more muted and less vibrant. I wear S-M and ordered a medium. The band on the arm is not too tight. I am 5'4" with a long torso. This hits me mid-hip. You can blouse it with the waist band. The sleeve is not as puffy as the advertised photo. This could be a boutique find. Very nice fabric and well made. Cute cute design. I usually wear a 2 or 4 in tops. I weigh 125 and I’m 5’8”. 34 small C. I have narrow shoulders. The shoulders were perfect. They are small. But the body is wide. Very wide. I would send it back and get smaller if they had it but small is as small as it comes.
