Rainboots should generally be a bit wider to accomodate a thicker sock, this shoe didn't really leave room for a thinner sock either.

ok, i love the boots. it fits perfectly and well made. Its brand new and it is how it was described. The only thing i didn't like is when putting on the boot. I had a hard time with this and had to return it. I have ankle foot problems. it is a nice set of boots but not for my kind of feet.

Very nice boot. Not too loose or too tight around the ankle. Waterproof and while not recommending for the snow they are warmer and a bit thicker than I thought. I hope I get a few years wear and I'll be very happy. My only complaint is that the heel fills with mud or snow and heel can slip on smooth surfaces like concrete.

I typically wear a size 9 wide. After reading the reviews I decided to order the 9.5. Just got them and here's what I found. With stockings on, you can slip right into them which is good because I got them to wear to work crossing the parking lot at work. But when I tried to put them on with socks of a medium thickness it was a struggle. Even with the pull rings on the back. Once on, they were a good fit.. I'm glad I didnt go bigger or they would have been swimming on me. All in all, I'm pretty happy. We'll see how they do when there's snow on the ground.

I bought these for yard work and they are sufficient. They fit as expected and don't hurt my feet. They're easy to clean off with a hose. The only downside is that the top lip will rub against your calves - my calves are not thick - and can start working sore places. I even rolled some knee socks over the top of them and they wore through the socks! The only remedy is to tuck pants down into them along with wearing knee socks if you're going to have them on for awhile. Don't even think about taking a walk in them or you'll end up with less skin on your calves.
