I love this bag because it is large enough to fit a standard sized 13” laptop, notebook, pencil pouch, and an additional Vera pouch for my kindle. It has enough room for all the necessities without being oversized and bulky. If you’re a traveling teacher this will not be large enough for you but if you have a home base or classroom- it’s perfect. I love these bags. My favorite thing about these bags is that they're cotton. So if you're a teacher or work in healthcare, you can be more relaxed because you can always toss these bags in the wash. The shoulder straps are a perfect length, and there are many inside pockets to help stay organized. I bought this small tote to use while traveling. I love the pattern I chose. It is lightweight and the perfect size to hold everything that I would need on a long flight (iPad, Kindle, etc.) but is missing one feature that would have made it the perfect bag. It has a zipper to close the top, but there are small openings at each end of the zipper and there is no inside zipper to secure smaller objects (e.g. lip gloss, ear buds) and sensitive contents such as medication, my small wallet and my passport. I used a large zippered makeup case inside the tote to secure those items so they didn't fall out if the bag got tipped over. I will continue to use this bag for travel and would recommend this bag to others, but would also recommend you secure small or critical items in a separate, smaller bag inside the tote. ... show more
