I typically wear a large in Amazon clothing and that's the size I ordered for this and it fit perfectly. I will say, however, you have to keep in mind the overall proportions are designed around an Asian fit, so at 5'4 the blazer hits me in the right spot just over my hips without being too long, and the arm length is just right, but my Caucasian friend is 5'7 and the arms were far too short and the jacket hit her more on or above the hip bone. She also has broader shoulders than me; I have more sloping shoulders so I welcomed the somewhat firm shoulder pads in the jacket, but on her she felt ridiculous, like she was wearing football player pads. I'm a 36DD and I would've liked a little more room in the chest area, so if you're larger busted you may want to consider sizing up just to have that nice flat layer without the jacket pulling. Since this is an open-style look, I think I can get away with it, and I'll be keeping the large size. I was pleasantly surprised by the fabric quality, which has a slight silky feel and the mildest bit of sheen. It's not quite as creamy colored or even tan colored as I thought, with an undertone that is more yellow, but still works well when paired with neutrals or other colors. Love the cape style!

This cape blazer is SOO cute. I wasn't confident about how it would look on but it actually looks really good. It's an easy way to elevate an outfit. It would look great with some gold jewelry. I'm not really sure where I'll wear it, but I'm glad to have it as an option.

THe shoulders aren't quite wide enough for the style at this size, and so the cape flairs out in a weird way.

This is my first cape blazer and this has been a good choice to add to my wardrobe. I love blazers, but I feel that there is a gamble to having blazers since the arms can be restricting, but this has been a good change. In fact, if it wasn't a bit heavy, I'd feel that this is a more comfortable choice rather than a traditional blazer. It looked pretty great with some Old Navy Pixie pants and a nice heel. I have to warn that this cape blazer may be a bit too big, at least it was for me. My mistake was that I ordered a size bigger since I usually my experience with blazers are usually not true to size. This is one is.

Overall this is a beautiful blazer with a contemporary cap look. You can wear this with tight pants, a tight dress and/or with jeans for a classy look in a professional setting. The only drawback is that it is a little big so I would recommend sizing 1 size down. But overall a beautiful blazer for sure!
