I got this for an upcoming wedding, but will definitely get lots of wear for work and running around. I followed the size guide and got a 1X based on my measurements. For reference, I’m 5’6”, 240, and 36DD and it fits great. The flutter sleeves give plenty of room for free movement and the waist is elastic. I do wish the waist was an inch or two lower to flatter my proportions better, but that’s just me being picky! The fabric is soft, lightweight ,and opaque: I tried it on with dark and patterned undergarments but nothing showed through. I was impressed with the packaging, as well. It arrived in a shrink wrapped in a zip seal bag that was easy to open and the garment didn’t smell.

I gave this dress 5 stars because it's truly figure flattering. I do agree with the other reviews about sizing down 1 size. About my body type; I have a B belly, large upper arms (basically I have wings) and wear a C cup. I carry weight in my upper arms and in my belly area. I ordered a 3X and a 2X. I ended up returning the 3X. The 3X fit fine but the 2X was a better fit, I did find the 2X sseemed tab bit longer then the 3X but not by much. As I mentioned, I carry weight in my arms so the butterfly wings on the dress were accommodating. This dress did not show my B belly which is normally something I struggle with. The chest area was super flattering and also accommodating. The material was light weight and beautiful, making this a great summer dress. I personally got this dress for a wedding in November.

I like the material and the print was very pretty but putting the waistline directly below the bust is a very poor idea for plus sized women. The gathered waist accentuated my belly. If the waistline had been at my natural waist, I would have kept the dress but gather just under the breast made it look like I was hiding a soccer ball under my dress.

This is NOT a true wrap dress. I purchased this, among others, solely for the aspect that it was advertised as a wrap dress. It has an awful band of elastic right under the bust. The waist needed to be down a good 6” on my frame. Really, I think this would be better suited as a maternity dress, as it accentuates right under the bust. The fabric is not thick enough. Even in black, it was semi-transparent. You will need a slip of some kind if you decide to try this one.

Dress worked out very well. Fabric was soft and not see through. Color was rich. I loved it. Only fault I had with it is that the top wouldn’t stay closed very well. I have a larger bust so I used a little fabric tape, worked like a charm.

I had a difficult time finding a dress that would fit me at 6 months pregnant that didn't look like a casual summer dress. I finally came across this dress and it fit beautifully and was comfortable the entire night! Only downside was the slit goes all the way up and if the wind blew just right or we got dancing on the dance floor, it opened a bit. I just had to make sure to hold it closed so no peep shows. I had an undergarment on underneath but it ended up being shear lol
