These shoes/boots are very comfortable. Just the right amount of warmth that your feet will be comfortable on a cold wet morning, but won't be roasting if it warms up in the afternoon. I've had them all winter, and they're still in good shape, so I would say they are sturdy high quality for the price. They also look great and stand out from a lot of other black/brown footwear without showing dirt too easily. I wear men's size 11, and sizing is exactly right.

These boots are fine as long as you take out the original soles and put new ones in. Otherwise, these boots will start to hurt your feet almost immediately. Also - I did not wear them in snow so I can’t speak on whether or not they are water resistant.

I do love these pair of boots! They are warm and comfortable and keep my feet dry when I’m out in the rain or walking through the snow. I have ordered 2 pairs of these grey boots over the past 2 years and they only seem to last about a year until the seams between the sole and top of the boot where your toes are; start to separate.. making them no longer waterproof and warm :( really wish they were sturdier!!

I don't normally write reviews, but I have finally worn these out after 3 years of hard use. It took 3 years of consistent wear for them to no longer be water proof, and there is absolutely no sole left, or treads on the bottom. I can't believe for the $40 I paid in 2020 that they would last this long and am glad to buy these again just in time for Syrup season!

I prefer to but American-made products when I can. However, the last pair of "American-made" boots I purchased were over $200 AND despite all of the red, white and blue on the packaging and tags, they were made off-shore (a nice way of referring to a sweat shop). I like to think these boots I just purchased weren't made under such conditions, but I can be a realist at times. Regardless, these are incredible boots for the money. Well-made, warm, waterproof and stylish.
