    • So far, so good with caveats
It's new, so this may be premature. Appears well built, works fine. Caveats: 1) While the nozzle is 3.5 inches wide, the spray was only 1". Called the factory; no help whatsoever. Noticed the nozzle was similar to a spray bottle in design, so loosened the end screw about 1/4" and voila- full size spray. Put two 1/8" washers behind the nozzle end and tightened it back down and good to go. 2) Because of the lip at the top of the solution tank, it is impossible to drain it completely; you must use a sponge or a rag to dry it.     • Died after 3 years - Not Satisfied
After 3 short years of average use this vacuums motor went out. New motor installed and the vacuum performs about 50% of what it did when new. For an expensive commercial grade product I was not happy with it's short life.
