1. The product ordered was exactly as described by the seller, including all components and pieces. The suction power is definitely notable. The Spray feature does work, exactly as described. YOU MUST read the manual before using this machine. There is a lot that has to be remembered when using it - once you're past that - it works and does what it is supposed to do. Problems with product on delivery rated on scale of to 10 with 10 being unusable. Steel connector pipe for vacuum suction with rubber squeegee bent is a 3. The clip holding the sprayer line to the suction wand broke. 1 out of 5 were broken is a 1. The manual could have been written by someone a little more fluent in English - but is entirely readable and understandable (read slow and carefully) The clip was mitigated using wire ties and small piece of plastic pipe. The manual was mitigated by carefully reading, looking through the machine, and rewriting to correct grammatical errors. The pipe being bent was mitigated with tool for fixing this problem - lucky I had one. Overall the packaging was less than desirable, but was, for the most part, intact. While pieces weren't falling out - the one pipe did get bent. Overall - worth the money after 10 hours of ownership. If this fails in a very short period of time - I will rewrite this. ... show more

    • If you let it run out of cleaning fluid, it causes an airlock and won't pump the cleaning fluid
