  • Fantastic Product!
Style: ScanWatch 2 - 42mm Color: Black
First off, the build quality is excellent. The battery life, after the first couple of recharges, is very good, the readability is crystal clear, and it looks to be very clean, modern, and NOT like a smartwatch! As for the tracking capabilities, for the exercise, or for health, are a bit mixed. The health tracking, such as for sleep, blood, oxygen levels, EKG, or any of the other aspects is excellent. The app itself is very well designed, as a lot of good tutorials for the device and is easy to understand and follow. It also has a lot of health tracking recommendations, exercise recommendations, and beats the Fitbit app in multiple areas. Where the device could use some improvement, would be with GPS tracking for outdoor activities, and a higher selection of activities to select from. ... show more

  • Awesome smart watch hybrid
Style: ScanWatch 2 - 38mm Color: White
I've been using withings products for over 7-8 years now. I have always gotten compliments on my previous watch the steel HR, and I still turn heads with my scan watch 2. Then when they see it has a built in EKG/electrocardiogram sensor... OLED screen... It's awesome. Definitely a great upgrade from steel HR. I loved my steel HR and the improvements/evolution to the scan watch 2 are awesome. The steel HR had a vibration feature for timers, alarms, etc that was gentle and classy. The scan watch 2 haptic feedback is strong and I feel it in my bones. This thing will wake you up when you set an alarm. With the steel HR, sometimes I slept through it. Big super fan. Highly recommend. ... show more

  • Best choice for me - More health, less phone in my life.
Style: ScanWatch 2 - 42mm Color: Black
I love the look of the traditional watch and its ability to track my health data. Part of my overall health kick is to get less involved with my phone, so it's nice to be able to look at the time or start an exercise without being distracted by other things. It's hard to express just how perfect this is. I choose to get call notifications, but I turn off general notifications. All communication between the phone and watch is one-way, so no responding, music controls, etc. The step tracking, heart rate, and Sp02 seem right on. It lasts for about 2 to 3 weeks for me, which is great because I wear it all the time and so have my sleep tracking (including level, heart rate, and SpO2) and 24-hour hear tracking. I use the EKG once a week or and it seems to work well, but I'm not sure of its value other than occasionally. Temperature is included as a "delta" from the average value and it's interesting to see the differences when exercising or sleeping. I think it claims 30 days, which I'm not getting, and which is the main reason for 4 stars. I don't think I'm doing anything excessive, although I do track hear rate and I use the workout feature (stationary bicycling) about 3 hours a week. It also doesn't have it's own GPS, so if you want to track an outdoor walking or biking workout, you need to bring your phone. It uses the phone's GPS, which seems well integrated once you have the location sharing settings all in place. I have a scale and blood pressure cuff from the same manufacturer and it's great to have all the things in the same place. My doctor had a question the last visit and having blood pressure history helped us make a choice about my health options. The connected scale is good too and nice to have this all in one place. I don't have many complaints - there is what seems to be a "seconds" subdial, which is really a step goal tracker. Once around is your goal (set via the app). It would be nice to be able to make this a legitimate seconds hand or, even better, and overall activity tracker that would show progress to other things. I don't really care about my step goal on days I'm on the bike for an hour, for example. I just want the overall activity (similar to Googe Fit "Heart Points" based on heart rate, duration, and activities). Alternately it might be good to have a longer term trending health score - some measure to show my sleep/blood pressure/activity level, etc. are all in a good zone. There are measures for these on the app, from 0 to 100, and maybe just nice to put these on the subdia. But not a big deal. It integrates with my workout apps through Android "Health Connect", which works well (for example, I can see heart rate from my watch in the Google Fit app), but if I use my watch and my workout app (e.g Zwift/Strava) to monitor a workout, I can sometimes get duplicate workouts in the app. ... show more

  • Subscription
Style: ScanWatch 2 - 38mm Color: Black
I didn’t know I had to subscribe to an expensive plan. The watches are useless to me and I wasted money on 3 watches, and Amazon gave me an ultimatum that did not work for me. I spend a lot of money with Amazon not to mention I also subscribe to Prime. All I asked for was an Amazon gift card as a refund so that can continue shopping. Now I have to throw the watches away. Shame on AMAZON!!! ... show more

  • Gray hybrid, smart, watch

For a really nice looking hybrid, smart watch I think it is top-notch

  • Good watch, steep price.
Style: ScanWatch 2 - 38mm Color: Black
As someone who can't wear a touchscreen smart watch due to work constraints, this bridges the very awkward ground between smart watch and dumb watch pretty well. However the SpO2 and the ECG feature require you to be VERY still, as it's VERY sensitive. Also worth noting that the ECG requires you to be 22 years or older in the US to use. Also, it's just a nice looking watch, and overall comfortable with a decently long battery life. However despite how useful it's been to me, it's still a bit difficult to justify the rather high pricetag. Lastly, the temperature does not tell you your actual temperature, it just tells you if your temperature is higher or lower than "normal" (it does not specifically give you the temperature, only the difference between your base temperature, which it also doesn't specify on) ... show more
