Let us not consider the Case or Sockets that are not enough haggle to pull down a Star from this 5-star Ratchet Set. Having had several of these in the past, I like this one best. This Ratchet has a good solid Build. Unlike others the Metal Head end is finished to a perfectly smooth surface and polished, Black. The RPM and Torque are exaggerated, as most are. It runs very nice and the Motor is well ventilated. Not loud. Comfortable in your Hand and the 20 Volt Battery lasts a long time. The Motor only Sparks when you First start it. This is a sign of a good Brushed Motor. Don't worry about the gap in the Ratchet Head, it is solid, you can't squeeze it together easily at all. Battery and Charger are also a good setup. The Case and Sockets work fine as well. Weight is 1.8 lbs. or 2.6 with Battery. No loose Screws in Case. Love it. Nice. ... show more

The forward and reverse switch on the ratchet head is easy to grip even with nasty fingers. It’s strong, backs off most bolts. Has a consistent feel to it as it tightens. Battery life is good. I am a professional tech and work all day with 1 battery, sometimes do have to swap out batteries but not often. The long narrow head is great. The media could not be loaded. It is just not very well built and if you had to use it every day it would not last long. The 20v battery does give it plenty of torque for a 3/8 ratchet but that is just about all I can say. Please watch the video for details.

This was a very good purchase for me. I had to complete a 4 wheel brake job and this helped save me time. That’s why I bought this, as a tool to help spin out bolts instead of ratcheting. Great battery life, you get 2 battieries, not great torque, but enough. Go easy when using these. They’re not designed to break nuts loose.
