2010 Iron 883. I did not rate longevity as I've only had the light for about a week now, so we'll see about that later down the road. But WOW!! As far as looks go, for $50 the LED ring light with the blacked out look is amazing. Compared to the stock OEM headlight there's just no comparison. It is so much brighter, and clear, broght white light that illuminates the whole road and beyond. The high beam is also impressive as it gives you quite the distance of field of view. Riding out here in the Vegas desert, it can get really dark and I felt 100 times more safe with this light. Not only will other drivers/riders see me, but I will see any road debris or animals a lot better than stock. I would recommend anyone buy this especially for the price!! Instalation was not hard, just a bit tedious. The plug does not allow for much error and you have to mess with the retaining ring, headlight, plug and bezel at the same time to get it adjusted just right. But with a little swearing and patience, it all fit really nice! You don't have to be mechanically inclined at all to do this. It is a plug and play application which made the process great. These pics dont do much justice to the actual daytime visibility, but I can definitively say that cars are noticing me more as I approach from behind. Not because I'm blinding them, but likely because of the bright and unique beam pattern of the halos. So as far as the function "to be seen" they get an easy 5 stars. As far as "to see (at night)" I've only had one chance to ride with them at night so far. My first impression was: I wasnt totally blown away with the brightness, but it was an improvement over stock. I noticed one of my headlights isn't faced exactly forward, so when I get a chance to remove the windscreen which is blocking the bolt I need to get to in order to adjust the headlamp, I'll do that and update the review. There are some dark lines in between beams, but I can possibly adjust the headlamps so one lamps beam overlaps the other perfectly. If you're running a single headlamp you unfortunately won't have that benefit. Final review, they look great on my Triumph Rocket 3, increases daytime visibility by 100x. They seem to be really well made and a good upgrade if you dont want to drop the dollars on a JW Speaker headlamp. I havent seen the output on those in person, so I cant really make a comparison between the two. ... show more
