I needed a wireless microphone for company meetings where we had a mix of local and remote participants. Some locations do not have the equipment needed to sufficiently share audio with the people on the conference call, as room placed mics do not pickup the presenter in cases where they move around the room. These microphones allow the presenter to move while presenting and still provide high quality audio for those who are on the conference call. The audio quality is very good and the battery life works for most meetings. If the meeting goes longer you can can quickly swap out the mics, since there are 2 included in this purchase. I purchased this mic to do a review for my youtube community for a budget-friendly mic. I read the lil instruction book and started testing. The first 20sec. was excellent, I used the lightning adapter, and it fit my iPhone 14 Pro Max with Otter Box Defender case on. However it did not fit the Samsung S22 Ultra with a identical case as the USB-C plug is too short to insert. I then used the adapter to USB-A and tested it on PC and the USB-C on a laptop. I discovered a slight hum/buzz in a test video during this testing. I continued trying on the various devices, and sometimes it would have the hum/buzz, others wouldn't. During one of the tests, I bumped the switch key (as it's called in the instructions), and the following video had clearer audio. So I did more testing and discovered there is INFORMATION MISSING IN INSTRUCTIONS! So I made sure to include that in my testing and review video. I also share that information in the video as an additional helpful tip. USEFUL TIPS: 1. The Switch Key is the only button on the mic that's easily accessible; the other is a reset button with a tiny lil hole; the switch key is your Power On/Off, Noise Cancellation Mode, & Mute. 2. Press and hold the button for 3-5sec to Power on or off. 3. A single button press changes noise cancellation levels. There are three stages (4 technically when noise cancellation is off). You will need to test on each initial recording to determine what level you're on to switch to the desired level. The noise cancellation is likely off if you hear a hum/buzz at a fair tone. One single press will switch to the 1st level of NC, the buzz/hum may still be faint in the background in the low frequency, and another single press will switch to level 2 NC, the buzz/hum is gone, providing clear audio with little to no background noise, another press to switch to level 3 NC, absolute silence until the threshold is reached and clear audio with little to no background noise. 3. A quick double tap to mute & a double tap again to unmute. 4. The receiver is a bit odd-shaped, so you may need an adapter to extend the USB-C depending on the use case, such as Computers or other devices with limited access space for ports. Overall it's an excellent budget-friendly microphone set that can be used on various devices. It has good audio quality compared to some other brands I've tried over the past few years and returned. I won't be returning this one though. This is going to become my new primary for mobile use. This is a quality, inexpensive microphone that can be used for content creation, podcasting, interviews, and various other use cases. I am an Amazon Influencer. This is the second set of these microphones I have bought. I got them to do zoom broadcasts at church and they work so well I had to buy a set for personal use at home! These are so easy to use and easier to set up. I love that I don't have to download or install anything to use them. Literally charge the microphones, thenjust plug and play. The adapter for Apple phones is great too! I've used them with my laptop, android phone, and an apple iPhone and they work effortlessly with all devices! My only minor complaint is where the "power" button is on the mics. When passing them around a group it is easy for someone to turn the mic off. I alleviated this by clipping then to popsicle sticks which also makes the mics easier to hold on to. ... show more

I used this to shoot a fun home video contest with my friends. It worked well. We were able to get good sound quality out of the microphones, but positioning is very important. I would look up a guide and test the sound before shooting. The noise cancellation worked okay. We shot outside and still caught ambient noise but that was probably unavoidable. It's impressive what $25 will buy these days: a wireless 2-mic setup which works with anything with a USB port with easy setup and good range. This one "works" with my Windows computers and Samsung android phones just fine with no need to install drivers or configure anything. However, there is a constant "fuzzy hum" on the audio track of anything I record with these which doesn't go away in different locations or on different devices. I initially thought ALL these cheap wireless lapel mic devices are like this, but I also bought another brand's device and it works flawlessly, so either this unit is a dud, or this model from this brand is a dud. Even with the fuzzy hum, this makes better audio on recordings that the built-in mic of my phone from across the room, but there are better options which work better and aren't any more expensive. ... show more
