This keyboard has obvious appeal in the colors. The keys are large and easy to type on, and they make the most satisfying typing noises (if you know, you know!). It was easy to set up and did come with batteries. My only complaint is that it does not seem to be fully compatible with my Mac computer. While 99% of the functions work, they "Function" keys at the top of the keyboard do not seem to communicate at all. I cannot adjust the volume or brightness from the keyboard, which is a minor inconvenience for me. I would still recommend this but pay attention to the compatibility with your computer's operating system. ... show more

It's the perfect combination of yesteryear's charm and 21st-century practicality. My office now has a classier look thanks to the sophisticated touch the matte black finish lends to the piece's overall appearance. Because the layout of the full-size keyboard is one that is both comfortable and familiar to me, I am able to type with ease and self-assurance. The experience of typing on this keyboard is reminiscent of traveling through time. The typewriting experience is evocative of older typewriters because of the spherical keycaps, which give a tactile and pleasurable typing sensation. Because the keys provide exactly the proper amount of resistance, each keystroke has the sensation of being deliberate and purposeful. My writing output has greatly increased as a direct result of the fact that I am finding that I love the process of typing even more. The wireless connection is a game-changer since it allows me to walk around my desk without being attached to a cable. This gives me more mobility. The connection between the keyboard and my laptop went off without a hitch, and the configuration was really uncomplicated. The wireless mouse that is included in the bundle is just as attractive as the keyboard; its appearance is reminiscent of a typewriter, and it provides tracking that is both smooth and accurate. Both the mouse and the keyboard have had remarkable run times on their respective batteries. Even though I've been using them for a few weeks now without giving them a chance to recharge, they are still functioning well. I love the feel of the keyboard, but after almost a month there is lag when typing and sometimes letters are skipped, even after fresh batteries. The mouse is great, super responsive and comfortable in my hand. The color is perfect, just wish the keyboard was better.

Due to the keys being slightly spaced apart. It takes a few strokes to get comfortable typing again but it wasn’t too difficult. Great bonus - came with AAs included, so you could use it in editable after unboxing.
