I loved this key board when I got it. The ability to have a recharging wireless keyboard was what sold me over other competitors. It was plug and play with not just my PC and my back up PC but also with my SteamLink device I bought years ago. I had not experienced any lag while using the keyboard, and the mouse has been fully functional though I will admit I have taken a back seat to the hardcore MMOs I used to play so the simple design has been perfect for my uses. About 2 month after using the set my keyboard suddenly died. However I reached out to EarlyLit to see if there were any fixes I could try and within 24 hour their customer service not only reached back to me, but offered to replace the set at no charge since it was still under their warranty. I received the new set within a few days. EarlyLit has had the easiest support I have dealt with and I will try to continue to use their products as they are needed.

Update: CS reached out within 24 hours, and sent a replacement. We will see how this one goes. One other issue I had with the old keyboard is the w, a, s, d keys wore out pretty quickly, in other words the paint came off the keys. I want to say about 3 weeks of daily gaming was all it took. I will update if these keys hold up better. Otherwise price is good and CS is reliable and helpful. This was a nice keyboard and mouse for the price. But I Had mine for a little over two months, both keyboard and mouse is dead today. Neither will charge, and they won’t connect to pc while plugged in via usb either. If I press a button on the keyboard it lights up, press another the lights dim, press another all lights shut off. Mouse won’t even light up aside from the “charging light” which it won’t charge. I can’t find a contact button anywhere for seller. If they reach out and correct this issue I will update review, otherwise, negative stars.

UPDATE: amazing customer service! They reached out to me and sent a replacement, which arrived in 2 days! So far so good on the keys, but time will tell. I really love this keyboard because it’s super quiet, low profile, and not clunky. All in all, the fact that the seller reached out to me immediately is awesome how they handled the situation! Original: Bought this in January because I work from home and LOVED it until recently. The 6 key and + key went out, randomly, and thought it was dirty underneath. Nope. Only 5 months and keys just randomly stop working? Hmmm. Super bummed because I loved this keyboard until now and have to buy another one. The keys are super quiet and low profile, which is my favorite type of keyboard. Perfect size for my desk, too. No issues with the mouse, it works great so far.

5/29/2025: Update After writing this review, the seller reached out to me right away! They upgraded the keycaps with additional UV coating to prevent the letters from fading. They offered to replace my keyboard with the newest version of the keyboard/mouse combo. The replacement came quickly and I’m currently using it now! Wonderful customer service! I bought this keyboard nearly a year ago and I’ve used it everyday for work. I love the feel of it, how quiet it is, and how it lights up. Unfortunately, after a couple of months use, some of the letters on the keyboard began to fade. As time has gone on, more and more letters keep fading. Also, sometimes the “+” key ends up having a mind of its own. I’ll be typing and then in my text will appear “+++++++++++++++++++”. I’ve tried removing keys and cleaning below, turning on and off, but unfortunately, it continues to happen and I can’t seem to figure out the pattern.

Update 2: Customer service reached out as soon as I emailed for help. Honestly, I was impressed by how fast they responded to each communication. You really don't get this kind of service from the big guys like Logitech, Razer, or Asus. Not all my issues are resolved yet, but I really do like the customer service this company provides! Update: Cannot get key reassignment to work. Tried several times in the software. Lighting effects have started to lag which is lowering the enjoyment. The software is functional, although it was a pain to get. The instruction manual has a very long link that you have to type in, or you can use the QR code. For me, I used the QR code (typing in the link didn't work) and then had to get the files from my cell phone to the PC. For those who are curious, it has a music-reactive mode (with a static backlight so the keys are basically never dark if you don't want them to be). Only Logitech, Razer, and ASUS offer this mode (it's my favorite) that I know of. The software also offers the ability for macros, but I haven't dove into that yet. All in all, I'm going to keep this keyboard. I want to take it apart and mod it some and to be honest for the price it's an absolute steal. If I can remove some of the rattles and un-mushy the space bar (I think they just over-lubed the stabs) it will be my daily driver.
