I bought this a few months back and it was working great until about a week ago. It does not recognize letters or numbers sometimes. I will be typing and realize it is not keeping up with my typing (and I am in no way a crazy fast typer -I'm average). I have tried to take out the bluetooth adapter and put it back in. There is no 'off' button on the keyboard so nothing to try turning on and off again. It is still causing issues. So now I'll need to use my old wired one. 10/8/24: I must say that their customer service is top notch. After writing my review, the company reached out and offered me either a full refund or a replacement. I opted for the replacement as I really liked the feel of the set. I got it yesterday and it is working great. I really appreciate their help and I can say if you are looking for a keyboard mouse set.this one is really nice.

I bought this EDJO wireless keyboard and mouse combo about a year and a half ago, and it’s been excellent. Originally, I purchased it because I work on a virtual Windows cloud using my personal Mac, and using my Mac keyboard with Windows was honestly frustrating. This keyboard solved that problem perfectly—it’s a true Windows keyboard, so I could easily use all the standard Windows functions without any weird workarounds. I’ve also used it with my Windows 11 laptop, and it works just as well there. It’s truly plug-and-play—no setup headaches at all. Battery life has been surprisingly great. I work from home with it about 2–3 days a week, and in all this time, I’ve only had to change the mouse battery once. The keyboard battery is still going strong. At first, I was hesitant about not having a built-in rechargeable battery, but using rechargeable AA batteries has worked perfectly—and for a fraction of the price of fancier options. Overall, if you’re looking for an affordable, reliable wireless keyboard and mouse combo that works seamlessly with both Mac (when running Windows) and PC, I highly recommend this one.

Great wireless mouse and keyboard combo. Pop a battery in the keyboard and mouse (not included), then plug the dongle into a USB port. No software or drivers needed. I had a Logitech combo that was giving me issues, so I replaced it with this one.

I was very excited about this combo. The keys are soft and quiet, and the wrist rest is very comfortable. However, after about 6 weeks of use, the wheel on the mouse stopped working. Very inconvenient and frustrating.

Absolutely THE BEST interaction I've ever had when just a little something went wrong! HIGHLY RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! Had a little issue with the product a few months into using it. Was past Amazons RETURN DATE! I just needed some support that Amazon couldn't deliver after trying for hours! All I wanted was to contact the sellers to see if they could assist me. The mouse wheel began to get all erratic when you tried to scroll the wheel, everything else was perfect! Loved the wireless feature! I have 2 40" monitors & I run no less than 4 programs at once! Any way Amazon didn't want to do anything about it till I wrote a nasty review. When the seller saw it, they addressed it immediately! All I wanted was a little support to have it perform like it did the day I installed it! After I was able to finally get with the seller & an email or two, they decided to send me another one! To my surprise, it was here in record time, and it wasn't just a replacement mouse, it was a new keyboard as well! I can now sit in my most comfortable chair lay back & work from across the room! Thanks for helping me be a little less cynical of e-commerce! THAT is Customer Service!! Over delivered by a mile!! Absolutely THE BEST interaction I've ever had when just a little something went wrong! Knew the seller had "CONTACT US" if ever a problem on the item description page. Gives value for the price. One thing does keep this from a 5-Star for me; the legs flip out to the side instead of to the back (as they are shown to do in product pictures) so the slant is lower than most keyboards. The price and everything else is good so I am keeping it and making the adjustment. The keys have a nice feel, are quiet but still a soft click for those of us needing that, and responsive. The mouse is comfortable to hold and also responsive. Needed this for work and bought based on good reviews and glad I did. Considering getting another to replace what I have at home.
