SABLUTE has focused on the manufacture and sale of keyboards and mice for many years, our aim is quality, innovation and you. 2017, we received some letters from some of our customers, they wanted a little more ambiance in their boring work as well as wanted the keys to light up for typing in the dark. So we started to develop wireless keyboards and mice with backlight, just to bring you a better experience and more productivity. How many lighting modes does this keyboard and mouse have? A1:The wireless keyboard has 7 switchable backlit modes and the cordless mouse has 7 random colors for the backlights. How to turn on/off the LED lights? First, plug the USB dongle into computer. Then press Fn+Esc to turn on/off the keyboard backlight, The mouse can turn on/off the backlight through the button located at the bottom How to adjust the backlit lightings? Press Fn+F1 to change the backlight colors, Fn+Up Arrow (or Fn+Down Arrow) to adjust the brightness. The mouse lightings are random. How to use the two buttons above the mouse? Press the first button to adjust the DPI to 800-1000-1200. Press and hold the second button for 5 seconds to enter/exit the jitter mode. When will the sleep mode work? After idle for 30 mins, the keyboard will sleep; after idle for 15 mins, the mouse will sleep.

Update: The seller sent a replacement immediately after posting my initial review. The replacement doesn't have the issues I had with the first one and it's working great. The keyboard is great, I bought this to replace my old keyboard with are rest and this one does the job. Lights are cool. I faced a few issues with the mouse. When I start using the mouse after returning to my desk, the mouse won't respond if I just move it around, I gave to use the scroll wheel to bring it back to life. I also had issues with the auto move feature that's supposed to keep the screen from locking, I wanted to turn that off, followed the instructions but it did not stop immediately, have to power off and turn on the mouse to work. I find these issues annoying and waste of time while working. ... show more

Edit: after writing my original review, I was sent a new keyboard and mouse. After trying the keyboard out, I changed my review. The new one works so much better and as it should. No missed letters and even feels better. I like the way the keys sound too, almost like ASMR. I am so happy with the customer service and the keyboard. What a nice company for willing to make it right so fast! I highly recommend now. I wanted to like this keyboard a lot. The colors are nice and it's mostly comfortable. I work at my computer all day and it's important to be able to be comfy and have products that work. The keyboard mostly works nice, but if you type too fast, it misses a lot of letters. I find I am going back and fixing words way more now because it's not registering some of the keys that are used. It gets frustrating. ... show more

The mouse is cool. Changes colors all the time when you set it to. May have to recharge mor often but that's ok. Keyboard it a bit smaller than I'm used to. All the keys are really close together so sometimes I fat finger and hit 2 keys at the same time. But I'm get better as time goes on. Has a place to put my phone and it sits (on it side) low enough, so when I turn my monitor, it doesn't hit the phone ... show more

Update customer service was extremely fast and understanding tried to help troubleshoot and fix the issue and eventually just sent a replacement within a week . Very easy to work with and made it right the new one has no problems and works great. Old review..several keys that stick and are just dead at times which can get quite annoying also the mouse scroll wheel grinds when using. Not as quiet as claiming to be either especially with the sticking key issues. Being that I Work at night makes it quite loud. Overall the backlit keyboard function is good and the larger print is easier to see. ... show more

UPDATE: I wanted to update this review after a recent contact from this company. I still stand by my original review as far as the charging capability of this keyboard is concerned, but if you don't mind keeping the keyboard plugged in, it would work for you. I did like the look, feel and function of the keyboard, I just needed it to be wireless for extended periods of time. Customer service for this company is EXCELLENT. Ann, from this company, saw my review and offered my another keyboard (which I had already replaced) or a full refund for the item. You certainly don't see that very often anymore and it was much appreciated. Certainly, not everyone purchasing this keyboard/mouse combo had this problem, so please don't hesitate to try this combo, because I believe my experience was more of a flook and wouldn't hesitate to rely on this company to make it right. Thank you again for all your help! (I updated this original review from 1 star to 4 after company contact). I needed a new keyboard and I have poor vision so was looking for some help when I use the computer. This enlarged, backlit keyboard and mouse seemed to fit the bill. Set up was easy, everything felt and worked well, followed the limited instructions to a tee. The keyboard won't stay charged for more than a 12-16 hour use and that is with turning the keyboard to the "off" position when I am going to be away for any length of time. I have NEVER seen the "green flashing light" that is supposed to occur when it is running low...it has just stopped working in the middle of using it and had to be plugged in to continue. THEN, the red light is supposed to be on when it is charging, which it is, but in my case, the red light never goes out. So not only do I not know WHEN it is fully charged, the light continues to be lit a full day+, after plugging it in. Mouse works great and I have YET to need to recharge it. Go figure. ... show more
