Edit: after writing my original review, I was sent a new keyboard and mouse. After trying the keyboard out, I changed my review. The new one works so much better and as it should. No missed letters and even feels better. I like the way the keys sound too, almost like ASMR. I am so happy with the customer service and the keyboard. What a nice company for willing to make it right so fast! I highly recommend now. I wanted to like this keyboard a lot. The colors are nice and it's mostly comfortable. I work at my computer all day and it's important to be able to be comfy and have products that work. The keyboard mostly works nice, but if you type too fast, it misses a lot of letters. I find I am going back and fixing words way more now because it's not registering some of the keys that are used. It gets frustrating.

Overall, I like the keyboard. I’ve only had it for several days so if anything changes in a month like certain people have said, I’ll update this. Keys are pretty quiet and I like the color availability and is very simple to modify the colors, including brightness. The rest rest is comfortable and has not caused any fatigue in my hands.The mouse jiggler worked great, Once I figured out you have to leave the mouse and keyboard alone in order to jiggle. The reason I gave it a four star is that although it has a phone slot, it’s basically built for a phone without a case on it. I use a defender case so it’s way too big for the slot. But at least I could prop the phone against a back up so it’s not a total loss. The other thing I don’t like about it is I’m used to my keyboard being more elevated in the back, and the two retractable legs barely raise it to a decent angle so it’s practically flat, but that may not bother others. I do like that the mouse has an option to have the light on or off. Also like that there’s a USB A to USB C adapter that I will probably use for something else. I’ve had no problems with connectivity. I think the price is fair.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recently purchased keyboard and mouse setup. The mouse included does not function as advertised—specifically, the jiggler and DPI buttons are non-operational. The jiggler feature was a key reason for selecting this product. After engaging with Sablute Support for over a week, I was informed that they could send a replacement mouse that also lacks the jiggler functionality. This entirely defeats the purpose of the original purchase. If the jiggler feature has been discontinued, that should have been clearly disclosed at the point of sale. I also observed that the product link from my Amazon order history—previously labeled with the jiggler feature (“Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Backlits, Wrist Rest, Jiggler Mouse, Rechargeable Ergonomic Keyboard…”)—now redirects to a page that no longer includes this detail. This change, without notice, is misleading and raises serious concerns about the accuracy of product descriptions. While I would prefer to receive a functioning product with the advertised jiggler feature, that does not appear to be an option. Therefore, I am requesting a full refund. Unfortunately, I no longer have the original packaging, which may impact eligibility for reimbursement. However, I believe an exception should be considered given the circumstances and the inaccurate representation of the product. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I am left with a product that does not meet the specifications for which it was purchased.

EDIT: I emailed customer service and they responded and had a replacement mouse in the mail basically the same day. This has been the best customer service experience. Responded quickly and made everything right. Had this mouse and keyboard set since February. Very nice, loved the set with no issues until the mouse just died 2 nights ago. It had charged the night before so it's not dead. No lights or anything will come on. Keyboard is still working. I uninstalled and reinstalled both and just the keyboard is still working.

Not total crap. For its price, its decent enough, but the mouse is absolute garbage. The scroll wheel tends to stick so even scrolling regular PDFs is a chore. It's also terrible for any type of gaming as the cursor also tends to get stuck and lag. Spent way too much time on mouse tutorials and it hasn't helped. Just bought a new mouse and hopefully it will be better. Looks pretty good though. Pretty lights.
