FINAL UPDATE & ITS GOING BACK..... I can't deal with the lag on this thing and now the mouse is acting up. It's cute, but that's all it is. I'll be looking for a new mouse and keyboard. **I've been using this keyboard for a couple of weeks now and it's going okay, but I am now seeing that there is a lag when typing sometimes. I type w/o looking at the screen and am noticing that the keyboard is not registering every key i hit, so there will be missing letters. I've attempted to change the battery thinking maybe it was because i leave it on all the time, but that's not it. I am considering returning it for a different brand, but it's so cute I may just order different one to alternate** I've had my eye on this keyboard for a while and it did not disappoint! It sounds amazing. The mouse is adorable. Nothing has died on me yet, so that's awesome. After 5 minutes of nonuse it will go to sleep. a quick click of the mouse wakes everything back up. You’re going to fall in love with this keyboard. The keys are aesthetically pleasing because they remind you of the old type writers. It’s fairly simple to assemble. Both the keyboard and mouse are battery operated. 10/10 purchase.

    • Great retro keyboard!
Easy set up. Put a battery in the keyboard and the mouse. Stick the USB chip in, and you're set. You find the USB chip in a slot under the mouse. It takes a little getting used to if you are an actual typist because the keys have actual space between them, so even the sound of your typing is different and you have to get used to that too. There's a little brush tool if you ever have to clean between the keys. I like how there are light indicators for the Number Lock and Caps Lock because lots of keyboards these days don't seem to understand why this is a good feature. It's easy to forget if they're on. I wish there was an option to turn off or lock the keyboard for those of us who have cats (or kids) who roam around like they own the place, but I understand that it's not a common feature on keyboards. It's just that my last keyboard had an Off/On switch. The mouse seems to "fall asleep" quickly, meaning you have to click to wake it up, instead of it also having an on/off switch, which is unnerving because I always think I'm going to click on something I don't want, especially while online. Also, when the mouse goes to sleep, you don't know where the mouse pointer is, and even when you wake it up, you have to look around to find it because you don't know where it was last time. I love the retro look of it… But if you're looking to actually type a lot or work from it, it's a little difficult to type on. The sound is great. It gives you that click buttons I prefer my regular keyboard when I'm working.
