The media could not be loaded. The Wireless Dog Fence is good for helping to train your dog, I like that it comes with 2 collars so I can keep one charged and switch, either way the battery life is pretty good. I only use the sound and vibration mode on my dog, I don't really like to shock him, and he does understand while using the vibration mode! I will leave the original review after this... So, I have had this on my dogs for less than two weeks. At first, it was awesome, but now one of the collars randomly beeps and vibrates my dog when she is standing NEXT TO ME while I HOLD the transmitter. The second collar has already lost the little rubber piece that goes over where it charges to keep it waterproof. As my dogs are super water-loving animals, this is a huge issue. I will be returning this product and asking for a replacement. I really hate having to drive an hour to the closest UPS returns place as they won't do a pick up unless I am home and I am not home during the weekdays (I work f630am and don't get home until 630pm) I hate having to send it back and wait 2-4 weeks as I live in a very rural area, and the dogs respond to the beep sounds extremely well. I can not have it startling my dog for no reason, nor have one not be waterproof and have it malfunction this summer. I hope that the new unit works better as I really did like the setup of this system; it keeps my dogs from chasing cows, and deer and running out to the highway. I have used it only today. I will update you at a later time if needed. They work as I expected. I bought an extra receiver collar as I have three dogs, not 2. It did take me a while to pair the third collar because the instructions state, “Press and hold the MODE button.” It should be the CHANNEL button. And once today, one collar shut off, and I had to hold the button until it turned back on. The two older dogs who have had training collars. They hear the beep, feel the buzz, and come back right away. The new one is learning. I like how it won’t alert when they are in the garage. I don’t like that the controller is large and has no place to tie anything for it to hang around my neck or wrist so I don’t accidentally press a button and upset my dogs when it’s in my pocket. The black digital screen did try to come up as I removed the plastic protection sticker. It did go back down to adhere. I only hope it continues to adhere. ... show more

I have a new puppy. I use the collar sparingly on the puppy and only on vibrate. The puppy loves to attack and pull my older dogs ears. It is very hard to get the puppy's attention to stop. With the collar on vibrate I'm able to get immediate attention to stop the attack and give my old guy relief from the puppy's relentless attacks. I have not used the fence mode yet, but I have taken the collar around my yard to test the coverage. The signal to the collars does not pass through walls well. I found that if you place the remote controller on a window sill the coverage is improved. With this unit you have to choose coverage in the front of the house or back of the house, not all around the house. This works for me. I am going to continue to test to find the best settings and location on my property. For the money any the ease of operation, I feel that Bhcey Wireless Dog Fence is a good buy. I did have a wired electric fence worked, but was very hard to install. Once installed, every spring time I was challenged to find the breaks in the wire caused by the frozen ground. I think the pet owners and the pets need to be trained in it operation. I think that this dog fence is a very good addition to our home, is most affordable, and would recommend buying. Product works as stated but we are still working on training with it. It worked well with the sound on our border collie but the shock seemed to make her upset and not listen at all. The seller was very generous when they found out the collar was not working for the dog. They have given me a full refund! That is great customer service! Thank you! ... show more

Nice design and fairly easy to operate. However, it randomly alerts the collars for no reason including sound, vibrate and shock. My dogs are so afraid to leave my side I can barely walk without tripping over them. Sometimes it just starts shocking the h*ll out of them fo no reason so I'm scrambling to get the collars off of them while them while they are jerking around from the shocking (it does not stop in a few seconds as described). You can't just turn the transmitter off because that immediately causes the collars to beep, vibrate and shock my dogs. My dogs are so freaked out now I may never get them trained with any containment system. They may need psychological help after this! I took a chance that I had a defective unit and requested a replacement which Amazon sent out right away. It worked no better than the first one so I concluded these systems are plagued with those problems. The Amazon support agent I spoke with was already aware of the random shocking problem. The second unit is on it's way back for a refund. Sad, I really needed it to work to keep my dogs out of the road. In a way it did that because they are terrified to leave my side... Also none of the charging port covers will stay in the ports and the mylar decal covering the on/off switch is paper thin and peels off with no effort at all. Oh, and I could never get the max range over 200 feet even with no obstructions. It claims an 800 ft max range. Not sure how this thing gets such a high rating... ... show more
