This is a nice affordable replacement wireless AirPods case. It paired very easily, and works as it should. When I first charged it, it was blinking red and I thought there was an issue, but if you read the instructions, it blinks different ways/colors to show you how far along it is in charging. Two things kept it from 5 stars. 1. It just doesn't have the same weight/solidness as a true Apple case. If you were to pick this and an Apple case up without looking and open/close the lid, you'd definitely be able to tell the real from the replacement. 2. It gets very warm when wireless charging. I really wondered how a generic charging case would work with my AirPods, but they’re doing great. So far, the only real difference is that you have to press and hold the pairing button to link with an Apple device; that’s hardly unexpected, however. The wireless charging is working, too - which is, great, since I’m actually using this to replace an old non-wireless case. I lost my original case and was worried a non-Apple brand wouldn’t work. Since Apple doesn’t sell the case separately, I was surprised this off-brand one works great. It fits perfectly and charges my AirPods quickly.
