Product cost a lot less that others, but they ship them two at a time because they are not built to last. The first one stopped working within days of getting it in the mail, and I am expecting the second one to not work anytime now. The female connector is simply too delicate and will get loose while as you connect and disconnect your lighting adapter for power and headset during normal use, maybe once a day to charge your phone. I have a few days before deciding in returning them, will wait until then to make a decision. Update: I replaced them for new instead of getting a refund, but the issue persists. Quality is simply bad over these. Don’t buy.

This is the second order I tried of this adapter. It doesn’t last long. It actually just quits working. I am very careful with it not to have any pressure on the plugs but still only lasted less than a month & thats both of them (it’s a two pack). I DO NOT recommend.

Worked excellent for a month and then stopped working. Sometimes error message will pop up saying that it’s not compatible or it will pick up the charger but does not pick up audio anymore. In fact if it picks charger up it will stop charging every time I plug audio in. Buy at your own risk like I did. Hopefully yours will work longer than a month. Unfortunately I can’t return it because my 30 days has expired .

I’m not sure if the cable is Apple MFI certified. The cable connection with the phone would lose connection and just stop playing while connected to the car stereo I would also sometimes get a “device not suppprted” warning and the phone would not connect to the car stereo. The Aux cable and the charging cable connected to the device all worked fine sepratly, the only other thing was the purchased splitter splitting them when I got that error that was different. Apple products are picky but for the product specifically saying that it was MFI certified and getting a device not supported error makes me give this a two star ratting .
