I bought the 8-piece Wirefy kit and then returned it because everything is in metric increments. I then bought the haisstronica version because it looked equivalent and cheaper. Waste of time... when I got it, I immediately sent THAT back because the increments were so small I couldn't figure out if they were metric or AWG and the jaw alignment was wonky. Bought the 8-piece Wirefy kit AGAIN and have learned to deal with metric/AWG conversion in my head. Honestly, this is a truly fine piece of hardware. This tool is so much better than using pliers of any type. My first attempt to use them was a throwaway. But that was all I needed to figure this thing out. With that quick learn it crimped perfectly every time. I have bought and used many crimping tools in the past without much luck. They never seem to get a nice tight fit and the wires can work their way out ,or you can usually pull them out. I wasn't sure these would be any better than what I have purchased in the past but with the good reviews I took a chance and I'm glad I did. Handles are long enough and thick enough to make it very easy to crimp with one hand. The jaws don't tear through the heat shrink on the connectors when you crimp. Overall great tool to use.
