Doesn't even charge the ear buds. I tried plugging them into a charger while in the case. Tried charging the case then the ear buds but nothing works. Very flimsy design. Can buy an original case off of ebay for doube the price but least it'll be original case from Samsung not this P.O.S.

The mister loves new gadgets. However, he will break it or lose it just getting on and off the bus going to work. Thankfully was able to replace the case on the third pair of Samsung buds He has gotten in two years compared to the one pair he got me two years go. He is so destructive!!! I bet you this tho...not when it comes to his PS5, 4, 3, 2, or 1. Those are the jewel in hi crown ... show more

Just received my order, 1st impression: cheap material & flimsy, doesn't has that sturdy stable feel as the original case that I lost. It seem to be charging okay for now & that's all that matters to me more so than the cheap feel of the case. I would advise buying a quality protective case with it because I'm without any doubt if you drop this case the cheap plastic & weak magnetic & tiny rod that allows it to open & close will not survive even a short fall, perhaps not even a soft bump. ... show more

UPDATE: After informing them of the situation, they have helped comped me on the damage goods and are looking into how it has happened. Very responsive. After about 7 minutes of use, I see the case slightly opened while in the charger and charging my earbuds. I open it and it's extremely hot to the touch, and the right earbud is split apart and Bruning super hot, legit had a burning smell to it. Rushed to unplug everything and ripped the earbuds out of the case. Now I have no working earbuds. This was a extreme waste of money and I can't even return these as they were a gift from a previous employer. If I could give 0 stars I would ... show more

Spring is a little loose when shutting but all in all serves its purpose and does it quite well.     • Case lasted 3 months and then stopped charging
This case had the basic functionality I needed to charge my galaxy buds pro, however, after 3 months of careful use (alternating with another newer set of buds/case that I use on rotation) the case has died and I am once again without a way of charging my buds. I don't know if I got a defective case but I expected them to last longer and dying at 3 months is a disappointment. I checked the USB port for any debris (none) and there are no obvious external issues. They're just dead. ... show more
