The media could not be loaded. The wheel worked perfectly and attracted many people to our booth for the chance to win a prize. The clicking sound also attracted attention from people passing by. Assembly was pretty easy and straightforward. We created a custom sticker to place over the top of the wheel to give it a little more visual interest, but the mechanical aspects worked just fine. I read reviews that warned about the clicker/pointer breaking, so I traced a few outlines for templates in case I needed to make more. I think one of the keys for preserving the pointer is to lower it just enough so that only the tip strikes the pegs as the wheel spins, which causes less flex and bend in the pointer.

After lots of searching I found that there isn't many options when it comes to spin wheels out there. This one is a nice quality though it is very heavy and sturdy. It wasn't too bad to assemble took about 30 minutes. We thought it wasn't working right at first because it kept favoring a few spots but it ended up being the spin tab at the top needed to be lowered. Once we fixed that it worked great.

ALlthough bigger ones look better ( 36 or 48 vs this 24 inch) , they are impossible to store. This is perfect size to impress and have fun, yet be able to store for future use without much issue. Dont forget to open box nicely so that you can re use it for storage as you wont find a similar box later

Honestly, It took up space in the car while traveling for events. The first time using it took awhile to assemble and was a little frustrating. The first event I went with this I was able to assemble and take it down. The second time I used it at an event the red stopper broke off after a few spins from the customers. It was not worth the price for what I had paid for. Asking for a warranty and need to call another number to get hold of which is a bit annoying.

This was as described. Very easy to assemble. Used it at a trade show to customers to win prizes. Which the marker was brighter and thicker. Had to trace over the letters to make them stand out. Other than that a great product.
