Winsor and Newton oil paints are the primary workhorse on my palette. I have used this brand for years. The paints are consistent in strength and texture. I know that if I blended 2 colors last year that I will get the same result this year from new tubes. Paintings that i did in in the early 90's are still true in color today. I have never used this brand before. It is a little different from what I am used to. The color was not the same but close. I used the paint to cover up places that the wood stain did not take. Worked like a charm. I mixed it with other colors to match the wood. Paint dried in about 7 hours which is what I expected. It washed out of brushes with turpentine and soapy water without a hitch.
