First: the rating system for this item is odd to the point of being usable (how does "warmth" work for a category for a wine cooler?) Second: my rating is therefore Five Stars because the cooler is exactly the size it was supposed to be; it can chill wine if needed; or it can cool wine. Since I live in the desert, I don't keep my wine at room temperature as that's a bit too warm for my taste. I like my red wine cool (not chilled and certainly not cold), and this cooler allows me to adjust the temperature to precisely what I want. This is my first wine cooler. I’ve had it for about a month. I am very content with this cooler. Works well. Keeps wine at a constant perfect temperature. It is very quiet. I especially like the style. See-thru glass facade and interior light adds a nice decorating touch. Definitely recommend.

I love it's small enough to sit on a counter and not take much space. It's quiet and hold 6 bottles at a perfect temperature.

    • Super customer service!!
I ordered this before I was ready for it, so it was stored (unbeknownst to me, on it's side) for over 2 months. Finally ready for it and following the instructions to leave it upright for 2 & 1/2 hrs, I left it for 5 hrs before plugging it in, considering how long it sat on it's side. Well, long story short, after reviewing and doing every troubleshooting step, it still would not cool below 60 and of course my return window was closed. Instead of emailing, I decided to call the company direct to see if they could at least advise on what else I could do. To my great surprise, they charged me $21.00 for shipping and I received a brand new replacement in 3 days!!! No fuss, no worries!! Fantastic! Now it takes a long time for it to cool and when you open the door, even if just briefly, it still takes quite a while to cool down again and also, this model only chills as low as 46 degrees, so if you're looking for something to chill say spritzers or beer, find something else, this is pretty much only good for your red or white wines. Oh, and the inside light is very nice!! Looks great in my office!! ... show more

Love this. It looks nice and is quiet and a good size for us. Only VERY small complaint is I wish the temp control buttons locked. We bump them sometimes and accidentally change the temp

We received the wine cooler and are pleased with it. It is quiet and keeps wine cool safely without any problems. We have it in our dining room in a small space.

    • New design
This is our third cooler (we drink white and red) and love the new design. It is smaller, yet still holds 6 bottles and the inner light is very attractive.
