Living in the South, a reliable sun shade is essential to prevent my steering wheel from becoming unbearably hot. My previous twist-style sun shade had excellent reflective material, but the internal wires were deteriorating, making it frustrating to maneuver each morning and afternoon. I hoped an umbrella-style sun shade would offer relief, but unfortunately, it hasn't quite lived up to expectations. While it's designed to open like a rain umbrella, proper positioning can be challenging. Perhaps it's user error, but I still struggle to get it correctly placed at times. The wires also seem less durable, and the reflective material isn't as thick or sturdy as other shades I've used. So, while it does prevent my hands from burning on the steering wheel, there's definitely room for improvement. I had higher hopes for this umbrella-style shade.

Product looks and feels good. I can see it blocking sun. The quality seems to be better than some others I tried before. I like that you can adjust the size of it and make it bigger or smaller. I also like the fact that the handle moves around and can be adjusted.
