Friend said " why don't you buy a windshield cover"? so went to amazon and found this! cheap, easy to install and the delivery was super fast. Checked the weather forecast last night and put this on to cover my windshield. This morning it was 27 degrees and my car was covered in ice and frost. Took this cover out from the windshield and Wow - no frost or ice in my windshield! no scraping just drove off ! thank you! i suspect the durability of it since i just got it and it is so light and flimsy. Bottom line is - it works!

I was a bit skeptical at first, considering a lot of car products on Amazon are a toss up, but this is pretty damn good. It’s SUPER easy to put on and stays super tight. It feels secure and saved my butt during any icy nights. I even had to adjust it so Chicago could see my parking pass and it stayed on great. Very easy to store and keeps everything covered perfectly! I love it and I’m so thankful I decided to get it. I’m using it for a 2014 Honda Civic btw, so I can’t promise the fit for every car, but it’s great for mine!

Living in MN, we get a decent amount of snow 5-6 months out of the year so I thought I would finally just get a windshield cover instead of struggling for 10 minutes to wipe snow and scrape ice that can be in excess of 10 inches tall. I got this hoping it would be the answer, and while it does the basic function of what I wanted, it is EXTREMELY cheap manufacturing. I actually accidentally broke off the plastic wheel well hook on both sides with no effort just testing the product after receiving it. Which was so disappointing. The mirror bungee straps feels like they're going to snap when pulling them over the mirrors, and the door flaps have no weight so in a windy winter day you're fighting them to stay down inside the door while you try to close it. TBH I used it once and since then I just threw it in the back seat and never wanted to use it again. it makes me hesitant to but another one from a different maker as a lot of these look just as cheap. Honestly, I'll just probably make one myself with better materials and use this as a template. if you're looking for the BARE MINIMUM of windshield winter protectors this is it.
