It’s a little see through up close but from far it gives a lot of privacy. Enough for me anyway. It was short about 3 ft which actually ended up working out well so my dogs could have a peep hole. We needed privacy on an existing chain link fence. Shrubs not growing. Purchased this "privacy screen" that we call a shower door curtain for chain link fencing. Went up easily but one tie broke w/i first few hours. Still, after hanging this product , even though my wife said she liked it, I made the mistake of telling her I had seen this exact screen at a construction site in our town.
