The media could not be loaded. Exactly what I was looking for! Our 3 year old’s window latch doesn’t work so it can open very easily. This brings comfort knowing he won’t be able to open it. Fits great, quick installation and nice quality. Worth every penny.

I got these window locks because I have a portable AC unit and I needed something to hold the vent plate firmly in place. These little window locks hold the window firmly against the vent plate so that it isn't going to move any time soon. Of course I also sealed the seam with gorilla tape. Anyhow, these are great for whatever window locking needs you might have. Thoughtful of the manufacturer to include an adjusting wrench for each of the four locks. These locks are easy to install and hold well. One thing to consider is the 1/2 clearance also is needed on the depth of the inside track too. I ended up needing to trim some to fit.. I didn't go old school and use a stick to stop the window from opening all the way. This was easy to install and now I can crack the window open and won't go any further. The media could not be loaded. It only works if you put the little plastic thing on the opposite side that the screws are NOT on. When I put the plastic piece where the instructions say it goes, then the window slid right up with no issue. The video attached is when I installed it as the instructions specified. When I took the plastic piece out and put it on the other side, the side with no screws, it worked perfectly. ... show more
