    • 1 Poorly packed, broken lock.
I ordered 2. The first one was sliding in the package so the latch was broken presumably in transit. Asked for a replacement lock piece but no response from seller. The 2nd window came fine 2 days later.

The window itself is awesome for the application that I intend to use it for….a hunting blind. Way better than than some windows on the hunting window websites. However…the only thing protecting the window from damage is the cardboard box! It really needs more protection. All 4 ordered were damaged in some way. 1 on the 4 is totally unusable. The window is definitely well built, I have nothing bad to say about the windows were built. Low E gas in the windows, the seams are all wielded good nice 45 in the corners, the window slides great across the track, it fits perfect, not to tight not to lose My issue is they sent the wrong on 2 and the right size on 1 Let you know how it goes on sending the right dize ... show more

The item arrived damaged. A piece of the molding was ripped off, and it did not happen in transit because the piece was not in the box.
