I needed a new rug to place by our front door. We wipe our shoes and change to indoor footwear so the rug is often smudged with outside stuff and needs to be shaken or washed. This is a very nice entryway rug. • The colors on the rug are very vibrant. • The texture is very soft and silky. • The nonskid backing appears to work well. I have a dog and a toddler, so always test rugs out in an exaggerated way to make sure they will hold up. • The rug is nice and thin, easily allowing the front door to open over it. The one issue I had with the rug was it felt a little small. It is really 24" x 35". This was not a deal breaker, but it meant moving it to an area that did not need as big a rug. My dogs are elderly and need a rug on the tile floor where they have to step up to come into the house. I love that this one actually grips the floor a bit and doesn't slide around. It's thin, which is great for me since I have to be able to open an exterior door over the top of it, but if you're looking for a thick, luxurious rug, this one won't be for you. It's very soft on the feet and fits a typical door size very well. My dogs don't slip on the tile floors when they jump over the threshold, and it's attractive in my space. It was a bit faded where it was folded in the bag (it takes a few days for those folds to flatten), so I'm not sure how long it will hold up, but since it's distressed, that fade line just sort of disappears into the pattern. It fits well into my decor style, so I'm happy and hope it holds up. ... show more

The color and pattern of this area rug is absolutely beautiful. I am more than obsessed with it. It is very thin and lightweight but it stays put and does not slide around my hardwood floor. I am happy with it and would purchase again.

I love the colors and softness of this rug! I use it inside my kitchen, where the non-skid/washable properties really come in handy. I have absolutely NO complaint with the product itself--the only reason for my star deduction was the way it was shipped. Folded. I saw some reviews that mentioned the fold wasn't noticeable quickly, but a week later, I can still see the crease. While this is certainly not a deal breaker, I wish Amazon had rolled it up for shipping instead. Highly recommended for quality! ... show more

Product Ordered/Received - Size: 2'x3' | Color: Light Blue This would have been a five star review, however the rug is shipped FOLDED and therefore has a fold mark across the center. Given the size of this rug, it easily could have been sent rolled and that would have taken care of the issue. That being said - the rug is very nice. It has a non-slip reverse side and the distressed look still has color and style without being too bright. We're using ours against a gray floor and the rug really brings some nice warmth into the room. Leaving it upside down should take care of the fold mark, but right now it's very obvious. To put it simply, I LOVE this rug. My picture doesn't really do it justice, and in person it's a lighter shade of blue that it appears ti be in the photo. I had some old entryway mats that were past their prime and needed to be replaced. I got this because I thought it would go well with some handmade Persian rugs that I have and it's the perfect complement. The colors and pattern are beautiful with a slightly distressed took about it. It's very thin, which to me is a plus for an entryway rug where people will come in from outdoors with dirty shoes. A thicker pile rug would get dirtier and be harder to clean. These are easy to pick up, take outside and shake to get loose dirt and debris out of them. If they get heavily soiled, they can be put in the washing machine or hand washed. There is a light rubber backing that makes these non-slip, and they really are. My wood floors are pretty slick and this rug doesn't budge. When I first put it down there were creases from where it had been folded into quarters (visible in my photo) during shipping, but after laying flat on the floor for a couple of days, they disappeared. This rug is beautiful, the different shades of blue and the little bit of orange go very well together. This rug adds a lot of style to the area around my door. This rug seems to be made very well, it is incredibly soft and vacuuming it is very easy! The rug looks great even after being vacuumed, it does not shed or have threads coming loose. Also, with 2 dogs (and a husband lol) I am always worried about how much dirt will show up on my entryway rugs. This rug does a *fantastic* job of hiding dirt! It has been beside my door to the backyard for over a week, and it still looks brand new! I am very impressed with this rug! It is a 5 star product for me. ... show more
