shipping was fast. product is not the "be all, end all" of wine coolers, but great value for the money. some complain that it doesn't keep the wine cold indefinitely. that's not what this is for. use the fridge if that's what you want. this does a very adequate job of keeping the wine cool while you drink. no complaints here.

Tooling marks present. Ok for the price.

Somewhat disappointed in winco. The top edge shows black/burnt tooling marks. Took maybe 15 minutes and some wet sandpaper (400>600>1000 grit progression) to remove 90% of it. Looks alright now, but I expected it to be at least presentable out of the box.

Holds a bottle of wine well as it's designed to do. The steel is flawless and does its job of keeping things chilled well. Took laser etching very well. It's not as bulky as some other brands which is really nice, fits on tables just a little better. Overall a very functional chiller for commercial or residential use.
