I bought this machine to use in my coffee shop. I tried it at home a few times first. On the 4th attempt the motor blew. I’ve been trying to get Amazon to pay for the return courier but they refuse. They will only refund me once they receive the item and for only $150. Which is less than what I’m having to pay from South Africa. About $200. I didn’t budget for this and it’s not my fault so I find it unacceptable that I’m being charged. I will never buy anything from Amazon again. ... show more

    • Super Powerful at least 4 to 5 times more so than my old unit (From another company).

To power full for light drinks. 2 second pulse and about one third full at most for thick protein mixes. Any fuller or longer splashes liquid all over the place (Two, 2 second pulses is great). This unit was shipped via USPS and the box was apparently re taped due to excessive box damage. The internal Styrofoam was in pieces and the manual (listed as being there) was missing so I down loaded it from the internet. The 2 pulses as above did better than 20 seconds from one of its competitors ! To clean it is suggested to use special low foaming detergents. A plastic stirring stick that has a very small amount of dish washing soap on it works fine. The Pulse button is supposed to run at the same speed as the settings. However doing a 2 second pulse is to hard for me so I do not use it. Other wise fluid is again is sent all over the place. FOLLOW UP ! As I had concerns I filled out their online form (Twice) and emailed to a listed link but never received an answer. It appears that their tech support is non existent ! So, you might want some form of written warranty before purchasing ! I purchase the extended warranty from Amazon but never received it even after trying (Twice) to find out when it would arrive ! ... show more

Loved everything about it. You can set the timer to do it for a certain length of time and go do another order, If it has not completely broken down the ice cream that was scooped you can then use the pulse feature which can be done with the cup still in the holders or out of the holders so you can plunge the spindle up and down. However do not think you can scoop rock hard ice cream into the cup and add milk and it will break it up. The ice cream does need to be just a touch soft to make the perfect shake. I also created a lid for this so that when I do turn it on it does not throw the milk or ice cream out of the cup. My first few events I did I had as much inside the stainless cup as I did outside on the wall and countertop when I finished. ... show more
