It's a solid mixer. I've made pasta and pizza dough many times and it moves through it with no problem. I prefer the lift arm over the rolling one on a different model. It was shipped in a very sturdy crate on a fitted pallet. Be sure you have a crowbar as it's protected. The plug is for a 110v outlet. In parts of the description it says 220v... but called Vevor and they said 220v is only for sales outside the USA (which is good for me). I wish it had a utility driver where you could hook up special tools (grinders, graters, rollers, etc...) on the front, but oh well. Other notes, it has safety sensors where you have to close the bowl cover, turn on the timer, and then hit the green on button. All very good as you don't want to catch a hand in this thing. The mixing attachments and bowl are very durable.

This mixer has been life changing! I opened a small micro bakery and this has allowed me to make so much more at once; from 2 loaves to 8-9. The value for the price was incredible compared to others I shopped around for and it’s so easy to use! My kitchen aid is a used older model and makes a ton of noise I was expecting this big machine to make a lot of noice and be kind of annoying but it’s SO quiet! I was shocked. All and all I am very happy with my purchase! 10/10 recommend

We just received our vevor 20qt mixer and it's perfect. There was some confusion with the voltage it says on the product information that it's 220 volt but thankfully it was infact 120 volt which is what we needed. And we got it sooner than expected. My wife and I own a pet bakery and the treat dough is whole wheat flour and other ingredients but it's very thick and this mixer handles it with ease. We are very happy with this product .I would recommend it to anyone who has a bakery.

I can't say enough good things about this mixer. I have been using a 6qt Kitchenaid for many years and it took forever to mix up hot roll recipes. This mixer on low speed mixed mixed a triple batch of sourdough hot rolls into a ball in 43 seconds! It only took a few more rounds and the dough was perfect! I made 42 dozen rolls with this mixer for Thanksgiving. It also has great safety features. I would highly recommend this mixer!

Una amiga me recomendo este mezcaldora como muy bueno y por eso pedi la mia. Estaba tan emocionada, pero no logre prenderla. No enciende. Ya estoy procesando la devolucion, me gustaria volver a adquirir una, pero que este perfecta. He comprado varios artículos de la marca Vevor y son excelentes. Pero siento que esta mezcladora no me funcionó . Aparte que cuando la llevaron la dejaron en el estacionamiento de las residencias donde vivo, no me pareció correcto, ya que fue un vecino quien me informo que habian dejado una enorme caja en el estacionamiento y estaba a mi nombre. Al menos debieran avisar que iban a hacer la entrega. No la llevaron frente de mi apto como todo lo que he pedido en Amazon. No tengo la caja donde venia la mezcladora, mi esposo la sacó y tiró la caja. Espero no tener problema con mi devolución

As a small bakery business owner. This is the best mixer! I can easily get a batch of 5 dozen cookies in this thing with room for many more and prep 11 loaves of sourdough bread. I love how quiet this machine is as well. Especially for my late night baking sessions. This is also a breeze to clean. I would highly recommend this 15qt Vevor Mixer. Its pretty self explanatory but you might need to youtube instructions as it doesn't come with very clear ones.
