First of all, you have to assemble the car before you can see what area isnt working on the vehicle. The steering apparatus was cracked (not during this shipping) but the good news is that the company sent another one to us!! We also bought a separate steering apparatus on the Amazon site & it arrived faster & also worked so now we have a spare! The parents loved the remote feature & she's now the envy of her older sisters!!! Its heavy duty & will be great for her adventures!!

I got this MONTHS ago for my son’s 3rd birthday this May. It stayed in the box for a few months. But then I got antsy lol. Put it all together. Honestly it was pretty easy! Did it myself. Unfortunately I did have an issue where it stopped turning right randomly after the first use. Couldn’t figure it out & reached out to the company. They ended up sending us a whole new one!! This new one is absolutely perfect. My son loves it sooo much. The radio is loud. My son’s favorite part is the horn LOL. If fully charged, it does get fast! I wish the battery life lasted longer but you can also buy a new battery & swap it out. This power wheels is amazing for the price!!
