Notes1.Please wear protective gear when riding2.Please fully charge before using for the first time and pull the plug after charging to avoid overcharging.3.Children should ride under the care of their parents, and the speed should not be too fast.4.Do not make emergency stop and start on steep slopes.5.DO NOT operate the hoverboard when the 'BATTERY LOW' indicator on.How To Calibrate1.Make sure the hoverboard is fully charged, turn off your hoverboard.2.Place the hoverboard pedal parellel to the ground. Make sure your hoverboard is not tilting in any direction and calibrate balance in a horizontal level.3.Hold down the power button for at least 10-20 seconds. Handles okay, no speed control like my other so that was a little disappointing. the paint on the front scraped off immediately and theres huge white streaks now, but thats just cosmetic damage. Been an ok board. After two weeks it started malfunctioning and threw both my 8 and 5 year old off the board. Had to contact someone at the company on how to reset it. Seems ok for now. Has a short battery life, only lasts about 20-30 minutes. Ordered a second for my son and that one has been a complete disaster to work with the company. Bought it for my 8 year old niece and within minutes she was flying around. Battery lasts a decent amount of time, and even the adults gave it a try and it held the weight of them. Very cool design with all the lights and LED's.

from i open the box the board was all bet up like it was used before it wouldn't take charge, he told me to return it, it is $100 for me to return it so i didn't. now my child don't have anything to ride..
