Says it comes with a rudder. It does not.

  • Very Nice Cruising Kayak
Color: Breeze Blue
I have the Pungo 125 kayak as well and love it. This one actually fixes the only thing that annoyed me about the Pungo, the seat adjustment straps. They are really easy to use. I've always found the straps tend to loosen up through a long paddle, whether it's they strap is loosening or stretching from the moisture, I'm not sure. I just know I slowly start reclining a little and I like paddling sitting up straight. The seat is the standard WS seat that to me is the most comfortable I've used. The hatch covers are kind of hard to get on, but seem to be very waterproof. The rudder is very nice, but I wish it had a lock on it like I've had on some other kayaks that keeps it centered. The pedals don't have the ability to adjust distance while in the cockpit, so they have to be adjusted and then tested. Not a big deal to me as once they're set, I won't change them. It is definitely faster than the Pungo. I can easily cruise at .5 to 1 mph faster than the Pungo. It glides very well. I had a different touring kayak that was much heavier and would almost just stop immediately when stopping paddling. The bottle holder is absolutely horrible. It was very hard to get in with it in place, so it came out. I use a "hangar" storage bag that sits right in front of me that has bottle holders, so not a big deal. The delivery was horrible. I live remotely near a lake and it isn't convenient. The kayak sat at their depot for almost 10 days. I received no notice that it was being delivered and the tracking didn't show it was either, it just showed up at about 7AM one morning. Unlike some, there was no damage. ... show more
