We found the cable the next morning. The seller was extremely quick to respond to my concerns (on a holiday) and wanted to fix my issue right away, even though it was my mistake, not theirs.     • I spent $350 for a renewed product that does not work.
Product came securely wrapped in bubble wrap. However, the Wii U does not work. I spent $350 for a renewed product that does not work. Console turns on, but will not download game updates to allow us to play. This was the case with one game. The other game does not work at all. It says invalid. We were able to create Mii’s, but that’s it. Problem is: I bought the unit in April. Bought it as an incentive for my autistic son. He finally earned it…after 5 months…and he excitedly opened the box and we got it set up…and he can’t play it. I feel so bad and he’s devastated. I wanted him to have the excitement of opening the package and being there fur set up, so I didn’t open it. Now what?!? :(. It’s only been since last Friday that I sent a message to this seller, but I haven’t gotten a message back. Please, please make it right. ... show more

So far so good! The console came faster than expected, had the downloads and all equipment that was promised, and is working like a champ! That said, I am only testing it prior to giving it to my son as a birthday gift so the real test will come when he starts playing it for real.     • Sensor bars need to be looked over as well
We absolutely love the Wii u, everything was packaged for protection, everything was included as listed. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars, was that the sensor bar is a bit scratched up so it is cause I'd say a bit of a glitch or a set back. For instance in games you are walking or looking around, you dont walk straight it will cause you to stop walking and tends to make you walk to the side and same for looking, causes you do look else where. Not a huge dilemma but we are a family of gamers so it does make for a not so fun family night. ... show more
