This balance board is great and works like new! The seller did a great job refurbishing (or “renewing”) it. When I first got it, I thought it was damaged because the power wouldn’t come on, and I was going to return it. But then, some searching on the Nintendo support site helped me realize I needed to sync the board with the console first. It doesn’t come with instructions, so if you don’t know (or, like me, don’t remember) how to set it up, be sure to look that up. ... show more

It arrived and would not turn on. New batteries, followed the instructions from Nintendo. Nothing. Tried every thing multiple times. I understand it’s a used product, but I figured if it was certified it would turn on and work. Not sure how it could be certified and then not work but they did send a replacement I am waiting on now, which I appreciate. ... show more

This was a great purchase! I loved my Wii Fit in college, but stopped playing years ago. I eventually lost my original game and board somewhere during my many moves since college. I've been using my new board for about a week now and so far it works just as well as my original board. I only had the original basic Wii Fit game so it's been fun to explore the added games and activities with the Plus. Original board came with extra feet to be used on carpet. This board did not come with those extra feet. But, my original board was first generation so perhaps the tech improved and eliminated the need for those feet. I am the type of person who never has batteries around and honestly always forget things need batteries. So if you're like me, here's your reminder: this thing needs 4 AA batteries. ... show more

Acquired as part of rehab program for chronic vertigo and double vision issues. Easy to set up and use and the balance games offer a variety of challenges. Only problem was they offered to let me add my dog as a character, which I did, but then they wanted me to pick up and hold the 90 pound puppy to weigh it, LOL. I could get her to sit on the board, but there is no way she’ll not squirm and jump out of my arms even if I could lift her to my waist safely. ... show more
