I love the comfort of these chairs, as well as the quality. We were missing a one screw and a washer, called the seller and customer service was excellent. Missing parts and a few extra were sent out and received in a timely manner. I wanted to purchase something that will last, and of course I have no way of knowing how that will fair but I believe they are well made, comfortable and beautiful. I would definitely purchase from this brand again. My husband put the set together without any assistance, I didn't hear too many ugly words, so all in all, I would say, if you're wondering if you should purchase this set, I would go for it, I am very pleased with how everything turned out. After months of searching for a patio set, this one turned out to be perfect based on the detailed description provided by the seller. The packages arrived on time, the items were secured well and all needed pieces were provided. The set was easy to put together and is so sturdy and comfortable!! The height is appropriate and it looks great! I have some heavy weighted family members (>300#) and the furniture is very supportive for them. The only thing that is off is the fact that I wish the cushions were a little thicker. I would definitely buy this set again and I recommend this brand.

No problem with the furniture and I have bought chairs from this company before. The furniture is well made and easy to assemble. Since this time, I got a larger group of chairs I did not put it together myself. The problem this time was with the delivery was done by FedEx and was not done on schedule. By Amazon's instructions you must be home for delivery, however they did not say what day or give a window of time. So, after the first parts of the order came in, I was calling around trying to find when and if the rest of the order was shipped. Someone just happened to be home for the first two times FedEx showed up. I don't know if this is standard practice for just this company. The Furniture is great the shipping is problematic.

After researching and comparing chairs for weeks I settled on these. I waited to write a review to get a true picture of them. At first I was disappointed because they do not rock as stated but glide back and forth. The chairs i replaced did rock but now after sitting in these it doesn't matter. They are very comfortable! Another thing I noted is the cushions are mega waterproof! We had a thunderstorm this morning and by noon they were dry enough to sit in. Putting them together was easy enough for an old lady like me although I followed ny daughter's lead. I would recommend these chairs.

I ordered the 3 piece rocker, table set a little over a week ago. I just received my set, but they only sent the bases and not my 3 pc rocker/table set! I am very displeased at the moment and have already filed the report with Amazon who stated they notified the seller. The seller is supposed to get in touch with me by December 3. I will update with what they have to say and hopefully they will resolve my issue and expedite the mailing process. Update to come…. UPDATE 12/2/2023 The seller contacted me and apologized for the delay. They stated Fed Ex had the second package and promised it would be delivered no later than 12/5/2023. So far, customer service was very prompt and responsive to my concerns and inquiries. UPDATE 12/4/2023 The company responded very promptly and shipped the remaining package prior to the due date they set. I was able to put the chairs and table together and we do NOT regret it. Yes, there was difficulty in shipping. However, it is December and Christmas is the busiest time of year for shipping and handling. I highly recommend this set. You will not be dissatisfied. Assembly: Assembly is a little tasking. However, there is a QR code you can scan and follow along with the video which makes it a lot easier. If you have a second person, you can put these two chairs, plus the table together in under 30 minutes for sure. They swivel and glide smooth, and have very comfy cushions. Of course, I just received these so we’ll see how long the cushions last. But they feel as if they will last quite a while. Definitely recommend getting these for your front porch. My wife and I will be looking into purchasing the covers come spring time.
