Update: had it a year, and can say it's still great. Very comfortable! Highly recommend. The furniture is good quality, looks nice and is very comfortable. We bought it for our covered deck and wanted something that looked upscale vs aluminum or plastic outdoor furniture. The seat cushions are a good level of firmness. Being able to choose the color of the wicker and the cushions was big plus for us; the fabric has a great feel. The synthetic wicker weave is snug and lay nicely throughout. The swivel glider chairs are smooth and relaxing. We bought the 6piece set. It arrived in multiple shipments, which Belord mentioned. The coffee table was broken during transit by FedEx, all FedEx said was there was a “delay” When I reached out via Amazon, Belord was already on it. Immediately shipping a replacement. Exactly the kind of response you want when there is an issue. The replacement coffee table arrived a couple days later in perfect condition. Assembly was straightforward. Be sure you leave the screws loose until the piece is assembled, then you can complete final tightening. Each box has tools needed for assembly, but I used a an adjustable torque drill which made final tightening quick work. It uses a 4mm Allen tool and the coffee table came with a little open end wrench, too. The frame welds are nice and smooth. The metal is powder coated and seems like it will stay nice for years. We really enjoy the set. All we need now is for the weather to warm up a bit more so we can enjoy it even more.

We just finished putting it all together. A few mishaps in initial assembly of 1st chair. They're the hardest piece to assemble. It is easier to assemble with 2 people and an electric screw driver that you can fit the Allen bit provided by them into it. The one that come with the furniture is decent but it's faster to use your own screwdriver. Love the set and it is comfortable to sit in, or slouch as my husband likes to do. LOL Seat is firm and back pillow is soft. Our handicapped neighbor was leery of sitting on the Sofa but found it relatively easy to get in and out of it. Very sturdy. All pieces/parts arrived in good condition in 2 separate deliveries. The only piece missing was a cap for the end of one of the legs on the sofa. This piece is actually not part of the assembly process. So it had to have been missed at the factory. I have sent a message to the company to see if they can send me one. Would not stop me from ordering this set. Update: they sent me the part needed. Great customer service.

The media could not be loaded. I researched patio sets for a long time, and this one has all the features I was looking for! The swivel chairs, that also gently glide, are the best part of the set, according to me, my family, and guests! In fact, I went to visit a friend last night, and sat on her porch with its pretty rattan chairs. But her chairs do not swivel or glide, and I kept thinking how glad I was to have my swivel glider chairs! I love to sit in one of these chairs with my coffee to have my quiet time every morning. I can also put a cushion against one of the arms of the couch and stretch out while I read. It’s wonderful to start my day in such lovely surroundings, settling a calm and positive outlook for the entire day. The light gray rattan is very pretty and much more comfortable on my arms than actual wooden rattan would be. I love the light blue cushions. The actual color is not as bright as they appear in the pictures, but I was happy about that. They are bright enough to be cheerful, but not glaringly bright. The set was not as easy to put together as I had hoped. I had to call on the reinforcement of my adult son to help me muscle some of the pieces together. But in the end, everything fit together, and none of the screws stripped out because they give you all the tools you need to put it together correctly. We all agree, it was definitely well worth the effort!

After a lot of searching in person and online, we ordered the Belord 6 piece outdoor patio furniture. The pieces were delivered quickly and in several deliveries. It did take some time to put the pieces together but the instructions were clear and even provided the tools for assembly. One deciding factor was having a choice of wicker and cushion color. We love the glider rockers and having the ottomons is a bonus. The cushions are very comfortable. We did have an issue with the glider back and right arm and the company sent a replacement that we received within a few days. They were very responsive. We are enjoying our new patio furniture on our newly built enclosed back porch.

I’m in love! Such a beautiful addition to our deck. It comfortable. It was relatively easy to assemble. I had a little trouble with the rocker/ glider but nothing my hubby couldn’t help me with. The shipping was a little odd but this company was very reassuring that all the pieces would come. And they did! I will purchase from this company again in the future.

The two footstools went together without a hitch. They are very nice! The 3 seater couch did not. Holes didn’t line up properly on 3 occasions. The bolts are in, but the heads strip as soon as they tighten. The bolts cannot be pulled out to return it, if we wanted to choose that route. We will have to use a zip tie on one of the top corners for extra support because the screw wouldn’t go in snug because the hole was off and the screw head stripped. The cushions will cover the zip tie, but it is very frustrating nonetheless. Two swivel chairs came with it as well. Fingers crossed they go together properly like the footstools. Cushions are very nice. Color of cushions and furniture were as advertised. My rating might change depending on how the swivel chairs go together.

Absolutely loving my new patio furniture. Very comfortable and sturdy. Easy to put together too. For those wondering about the color, I will say the cushions are more of a taupey grey then a true grey. The mixed grey wicker the same thing. It's just gorgeous and truly will go with anything it's so versatile. The Belord Company was great to work with as one of our boxes was damaged and not delivered. They were quick to send a new one and all is well. You won't be disappointed if you decide to invest in this furniture.
